D N VAL LICIN LICINIVS NOB C, helmeted bust facing to the left, holding a spear, backwards,  with his right hand and a shield with his left.
IOVI CONS-ERVATORI, Jove, standing to the left, holding Victoria upon the globe with is right hand and a sceptre, with an eagle clutching a wreath in its beak upon it and to the lower left. 
A bound captive to lower right, XIIΓ in the upper right.
