FEL TEMP - REPARATIO, Constantius II in military dress, standing to the left upon the prow of a galley, holding Victoria upon  the globe with his right hand, the Labarum wuth his left hand, Victoria (Felicitas?) seated behind Constantius, looking up to him and steering the galley.
