Obverse: M A AΛΞAN-ΔEP C C KA, Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust facing to the right. 
Seen from behind.
Reverse: MA K AV - PE EΔECC, Tyche, seated upon a hill, to the left, draped, wearing a turreted crown, holding out a branch with her right hand, over an altar in the left field. 
The Euphrates, flowing to the left, beneath her.

An attempt seems to have been made, in antiquity, to hole the coin,
