Obverse: D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, helmeted, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust facing to the right, holding a Spear forward with his right hand and a shield with his left.
Reverse: GLORIA RO-MANONVM, Theodosius, upon a galley, in military attire, standing to the left, facing back to the right, his right arm raised, Victoria at the helm and steering. 
A wreath in the left field.
